2002 Fender Telecaster ‘52 Vintage Reissue TL52-70US Butterscotch w/ V Neck, USA Pickups & Hangtag, Japan CIJ

Up for sale, a 2002 Fender Telecaster ‘52 vintage reissue model TL52-70US in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with hangtags. This upper-tiered, discontinued “Crafted in Japan” Telecaster was built exclusively for the Japanese domestic market with a deep V-shaped neck profile carve, factory-installed American Vintage '52 Telecaster pickups, and vintage-correct '50s Tele touches throughout.

The traditional tonewood complement comprises an ash body and one-piece maple neck, and this Tele weighs 8lbs 1oz. The pair of Fender’s American Vintage ‘52 single coils deliver quintessential Tele sparkle and snap, with chewy twang at the bridge and fuller, bell-like tones at the neck. This TL52-70US has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.

Neck Specs:

-Wood: Maple
-Shape: Deep soft V, measuring .935” 1st fret, 1.010” 12th fret
-Fretboard: Maple, 7 1/4” vintage-spec radius
-Frets: Slender, no wear
-Scale Length: 25 1/2”
-Nut: 1.650” (42mm), bone
